What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine the evaluation framework for cyber systems.
• Draft and update Critical Operational Issues (COIs), Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs), and Measures of Performance (MOPs).
• Translate project objectives into concrete, testable requirements and Key Performance Parameters (KPPs).
• Develop and execute Operational Test Plans, including the creation of test scenarios and scripts.
• Gather and analyze system performance data against mission needs to report findings.
• Review system documentation (CONOPS and architecture) to identify risks and testing gaps.

Requirements

• Clearance: Top Secret/SCI (Must have clearance to start).
• Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site at Fort Huachuca, AZ.
• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience, or an Associate’s degree with 6+ years, or 8 years of professional experience.
• At least one certification in the area of specialization.
• Strong analytical skills to translate complex technical documentation into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to work independently in ambiguous and evolving operational environments.

Nice to have

• Certifications in Agile SAFe, Scrum, Security+, or CySA.
• Experience with system-of-systems test methodologies and mission thread analysis.
• Familiarity with DoD Architecture Frameworks (DoDAF) and Net-Ready Key Performance Parameters (NR-KPP).
• Experience working within Agile or DevSecOps frameworks.
