What you will do

• Manage schedules, resources, and logistics to implement test plans and strategies in coordination with the Chief Engineer.
• Coordinate complex test campaigns, including the arrangement of facilities, travel, equipment, and personnel.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for test logistics to ensure all stakeholders are aligned.
• Track progress on test objectives and milestones, providing regular updates and reports.
• Manage communication and timelines with external partners, such as drone or aircraft pilots.
• Assist with procurement and shipment of test materials and maintain detailed records of outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in radar systems, RF systems, or defense sensor development.
• Proven track record leading complex system test programs in fast-paced environments.
• Deep experience running field tests and debugging across hardware, firmware, and software.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance.
• Travel up to 50% as needed to support product and customer objectives.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-static or phased array radar systems.
• Background in DoD programs, military testing, or classified systems.
• Experience building test organizations within a startup or rapid-development environment.
• Familiarity with autonomy, tracking systems, or sensor fusion.
• Active security clearance.
