IT Infrastructure Engineer (AWS)

What you will do

• Administer and maintain physical and virtual servers (Windows, Linux) through proactive monitoring and security updates.
• Manage studio networks, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and traffic prioritization (QoS) services.
• Implement redundancy strategies, SAN/NAS backup plans, and disaster recovery protocols (BCP/DRP).
• Apply system hardening and vulnerability resolution according to CIS/NIST standards using antimalware/EDR consoles.
• Act as a senior technical reference for the Help Desk, analyzing root causes and documenting technical procedures.
• Optimize DevOps pipelines using AWS cloud infrastructure, Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab, TeamCity, and automation scripts.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure and support roles.
• Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• English: B2+ level required.
• Experience managing physical and virtual servers (e.g., VMware, Windows Server, Linux) and advanced networking.
• Experience with SAN/NAS solutions for data availability and backup integrity.
• Experience orchestrating services in Kubernetes and Docker environments.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with ITSM frameworks, such as ITIL.
• Experience with asset and vendor management.
