What you will do

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure employee lifecycle processes are compliant and efficient.
• Administer HR documentation and statutory records in accordance with the Labour Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• Support legal onboarding, contract preparation, and regulatory registrations for new employees.
• Coordinate relocation processes for international employees, including local compliance and integration.
• Act as the primary internal point of contact for labor law matters and employee relations.
• Partner with leadership and external advisors to align HR practices with local legislation and global standards.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in HR Operations within Kazakhstan.
• Deep practical knowledge of the Labour Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• Proven ability to manage HR documentation, onboarding, and personnel record management.
• Familiarity with the employment and relocation of foreign nationals in Kazakhstan.
• Excellent written and spoken English, Russian, and Kazakh.
• Must be based in Almaty for an on-site role.
