Software Engineer (Fullstack)

TL;DR

Software Engineer (Fullstack): Designing and maintaining mission-critical backend services for a Mobility Air Force command and control system with an accent on Java, .NET, and AWS GovCloud. What you will do

• Design, implement, and deploy backend features using Java and .NET within AWS GovCloud.
• Lead the development of RESTful services, API endpoints, and backend integration patterns.
• Architect microservices and containerized workloads using Lambda, ECS, EKS, and Fargate.
• Build and optimize data models, SQL queries, and relational database operations.
• Integrate backend services into CI/CD pipelines with automated builds, tests, and security scans.
• Mentor team members in API design, backend architecture, and secure coding patterns.

Requirements

• Active US Secret Security Clearance is mandatory to start.
• 5+ years of professional development experience, including at least 3 years of Java development.
• Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and .NET (Core or Framework).
• Experience with SQL and relational database design.
• Competency in Linux administration and scripting using Python and Bash.
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD tooling (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).

Nice to have

• Security Plus certification.
• Prior DoD or federal government experience.
• Deep experience in debugging distributed systems.
