What you will do

• Design and build full-stack applications from concept to production.
• Own the full SDLC, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Operate within small, autonomous engineering pods to deliver features rapidly.
• Contribute to system architecture and make pragmatic technical decisions.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools and harnesses to accelerate development and ensure code quality.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Must be based in the US and authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
• Strong full-stack capability across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience deploying and operating applications in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Deep, daily experience with AI coding harnesses and AI-assisted development workflows.
• Solid understanding of the full software development life cycle (SDLC).

Nice to have

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform).
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, Golang, or Rust.
• Experience building agentic workflows (e.g., Pydantic AI, CrewAI, LangGraph).
• Deep familiarity with the AWS ecosystem and modern DevOps/CI/CD practices.
