What you will do

• Advise business partners on communications needs and execute multi-channel messaging strategies to keep associates informed.
• Develop corporate employee storytelling to drive awareness, engagement, and optimism across the organization.
• Support internal communications initiatives to attract, retain, and inspire employees across all locations.
• Assist in the development and execution of global crisis communications plans and leadership meetings.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to build content calendars, manage workflows, and track metrics.
• Proofread and review all messaging to ensure grammar and brand voice accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, English, business administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in corporate, employee, or marketing communications.
• Strong writing, proofing, and editing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Office 365.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in graphic design and utilizing digital platforms.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Co-pilot or ChatGPT.
• Experience with Unily Intranet, Microsoft SharePoint, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign.
