What you will do

• Own and expand internal communications programs across all business units to engage and align teams.
• Identify gaps and design new programs from concept to execution for a fast-growing organization.
• Partner with leaders to execute strategies including AMAs, updates, and key announcements.
• Drive company-wide channels like all-hands, newsletters, and Slack for employee connection.
• Develop frameworks aligning with CEO messaging on performance, milestones, and priorities.
• Advise senior leaders on team communication and build measurement frameworks like pulse surveys.

Requirements

• 6+ years in internal communications, building/scaling programs at fast-growing tech companies
• Experience advising executives on strategy and influencing without authority
• Strong program management for scalable processes in cross-functional organizations
• Exceptional written/verbal skills for compelling narratives to diverse audiences
