Senior QA Engineer

What you will do

• Test one or several hirify.global products across all stages of their lifecycle
• Analyze software requirements and participate in product creation and development
• Plan and create product test strategies
• Communicate with development team participants and support customer technical processes
• Train and develop new team members
• Evaluate test results and maintain defects database

Requirements

• 3+ years of software testing experience
• Technical education or passion for technology
• Deep understanding of software development principles and QA role
• Experience developing test strategies, plans, analyzing progress, and optimizing testing processes
• Advanced knowledge of Windows, Linux, or Unix operating systems
• Experience in network technologies (DNS, DHCP, basic settings)
• English proficiency for daily communication in international teams
• Must be permanently located in Poland

Nice to have

• Experience with databases (Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle)
• Experience with virtualization (VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V)
• Test automation experience
• Experience managing and developing QA teams
