What you will do

• Oversee the quality assurance strategy for the customer data infrastructure.
• Ensure the stability and reliability of CDP, tag management, and API hub solutions.
• Drive the implementation of quality standards for machine learning and data management tools.
• Manage the testing of 1,300+ built-in connections across various data sources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure privacy-compliant and secure data handling.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland.
• Proven experience in QA management or leadership roles.
• Deep understanding of software quality assurance processes.
• Experience with SaaS or complex data-driven products.
• English: B2+ proficiency
