What you will do

• Develop and enforce data management policies to ensure accuracy, consistency, and security.
• Manage and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes to minimize downtime and ensure efficient workflows.
• Monitor the performance of data systems and troubleshoot issues promptly.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, BI, and Analytics teams to support strategic data initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regional regulations and implement data security measures to protect sensitive information.
• Perform regular data audits, reconciliations, and integrity checks.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of Python engineering experience.
• At least 2 years of experience with SQL.
• 1+ years of experience in data management and data operations roles.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with ETL tools such as Apache NiFi or Airflow.
• At least 1 year of experience with PowerBI or similar tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with data quality management and data governance frameworks.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Relevant certifications in data management or cloud platform technologies.
