What you will do

• Audit marketing department activities daily to ensure expenditures stay within budget and support performance analysis.
• Monitor and implement internal controls for marketing expenses and financial reporting.
• Analyze budget variances, liaise with marketing stakeholders and management.
• Assist FP&A team with budgeting, providing insights on marketing expense trends and cost drivers.
• Liaise with central accounting on marketing charges, invoices, and allocations.
• Evaluate financial and operational risks related to marketing expenditure and coordinate audits.

Requirements

• 2-3 years experience as Finance Officer, Auditor, or Internal Auditor
• Proven auditing experience across industries, focusing on Marketing Department
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Excel
• Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals

Nice to have

• ACA/ACCA qualified or partially qualified, MSc in Finance or equivalent
• Familiarity with AI tools
• Business partnering in large organizations and working with non-finance colleagues
• Experience in corporate environment with compliance and governance
• Project management skills and collaboration with various teams
