What you will do

• Support projects in audience and influencer insights, conversation and media analysis, and campaign performance.
• Collect and analyze structured and unstructured data (text, images, video) using existing platforms, tools, and APIs.
• Apply statistics, machine learning, and AI to solve complex communication and reputation management challenges.
• Build tools, dashboards, pipelines, and applications to enhance internal and client capabilities.
• Detect hidden patterns and trends to deliver actionable insights and predict developments.
• Drive GenAI adoption and NLP developments to increase data maturity across the firm.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages for practical data science application.
• Strong ability to use statistics to interrogate data and distil insights for non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, big data frameworks, and database technologies.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• English: Excellent (C1+) proficiency and strong presentation skills.
• Location: Must be based in London, UK.

Nice to have

• Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), LLMs, and GenAI.
• Experience with MLOps, version control (GitHub), and writing SQL queries.
• Background in consulting, quantitative research, journalism, media, or marketing.
• Familiarity with digital listening tools like Brandwatch or Talkwalker.
