What you will do

• Design functional mechanics for online casino games, including base structures, bonus rounds, progressive jackpots, and grid-style mechanics.
• Build complete mathematical models including RTP targets, volatility profiles, hit frequency, and payout structures.
• Create and maintain PAR sheets and all necessary regulatory math documentation for certification and approvals.
• Develop and run simulation code in Python, C++, C#, or Javascript to validate models and test edge cases.
• Write comprehensive Game Design Documents (GDDs) and functional specifications for engineering, art, and audio teams.
• Analyze post-launch game performance data to recommend adjustments for live games.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
• 8+ years of direct, hands-on experience in slot game design and/or mathematics within a casino game studio (Non-negotiable).
• Expert knowledge of RTP calculation, volatility modeling, combinatorics, and probability theory.
• Proficiency in building game math simulations using Python, C++, C#, or Javascript.
• Advanced Excel skills for probability modeling and large-dataset analysis.
• Must be located in Estonia, Malta, or Serbia.
