Originally this is a Payments Operations Associate (SQL & Reconciliation) role. But the company is open to candidates without prior payments experience — what matters most is strong analytical thinking (data analyst background is ideal), attention to detail, and the ability to identify root causes in complex processes.

✍️Responsibilities:

• Investigate payment and reconciliation issues
• Identify root causes and coordinate fixes
• Improve processes, reduce manual work
• Support finance with data and operational tasks

💪 Requirements:

• Strong analytical and root-cause thinking
• Accounting basics (reconciliation, ledgers)
• SQL + advanced spreadsheets
• Clear written communication
• Comfortable working with messy data
