Head of Analytics (Fintech)

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the company’s analytics function
Assign tasks to the analytics team and oversee execution
Prioritize workload based on business needs
Analyze key metrics: disbursements, repayments, delinquencies, channel performance
Prepare reports for management
Interpret data — not just numbers, but insights and actionable recommendations
Identify growth opportunities and process optimization areas
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, risk, collections, product)

Role Objective
Not just “reporting,” but:
— turning data into business decisions
— helping the company increase revenue and reduce losses

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in analytics (preferably in fintech / microfinance / banking)
Advanced Excel skills
SQL knowledge (mandatory)
Experience working with large datasets
Team management skills or readiness to take on leadership
Strong analytical thinking
Ability to identify patterns and draw conclusions
Proactive mindset (not waiting for tasks, but proposing solutions)
