What you will do

• Lead a team of Level Designers in creating high-quality, re-playable levels for single-player and online modes.
• Ensure game vision consistency through clear communication and actionable feedback.
• Collaborate with Game Design, Tech, Online/Backend, and UX teams for seamless system integration.
• Iterate on level design using player data, telemetry, and user research.
• Establish best practices for online level design, focusing on modularity and scalability.
• Mentor the team, manage recruitment, and remain hands-on in the editor.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in game development or at least one shipped AAA title as Senior/Lead Level Designer.
• Experience with multiplayer or online games (co-op, PvP, or live service).
• Strong understanding of systemic design, multiplayer balance, and player flow.
• Hands-on knowledge of level design tools and game engines.
• Strong leadership and communication skills within an agile environment.
• Good command of English

Nice to have

• Experience with live service games or post-launch content.
• Usage of telemetry and player data to inform design decisions.
• Understanding of networking constraints and basic architecture.
• Artistic skills such as drawing, painting, or 3D.
