RELOCATION TO POLAND Location: Must be based in or relocate to Warsaw, Poland. Office-first role with hybrid options available. Salary: 31,500 – 43,340 PLN gross monthly.

What you will do

• Design, prototype, and iterate on in-game levels, including geometry and enemy encounters.
• Craft unique spaces that balance gameplay flow with visual composition.
• Develop and maintain level metrics to ensure consistency across the project.
• Collaborate with designers, artists, and programmers to enhance narrative and gameplay quality.
• Proactively suggest improvements to gameplay systems and design principles.
• Own and drive level design topics independently within a multi-disciplinary team.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in level design , including 1-2 years in an expert or leadership capacity.
• Proficiency with game editors, Unreal Engine , and 3D packages.
• Strong understanding of level design fundamentals and player experience.
• Fluent English is required.
• Ability to create map layouts from initial drawings to functional levels.
• Relocation to Warsaw is required for this position.
