What you will do

• Analyze multiple enterprise and dealer data sets to identify discrepancies, patterns, and trends.
• Serve as the primary analytics partner for project teams, dealers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop analytics tools and solutions in partnership with business stakeholders to support dealer growth plans.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives for enterprise leadership and dealer partners.

Requirements

• Intermediate to advanced skills in Data Visualization (PowerBI) and Relational Databases (SQL).
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, statistics, or a similar quantitative field.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical insights for non-technical business audiences.
• Valid Swiss work permit or Swiss/EU-25/EFTA citizenship.
• Ability to travel up to 10% for business purposes.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in dealer-facing roles.
• Analytical programming experience with Python or Microsoft Power Automate.
• Demonstrated leadership attributes including intellectual curiosity and strong business judgement.
