What you will do

• Act as the primary contact point for CRM and marketing data topics to support stakeholder needs end-to-end.
• Perform data and business analytics, including customer segmentation, forecasting, and campaign evaluation.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, reporting structures, and automated reports using R, Python, and Excel.
• Translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for commercial teams.
• Collaborate closely with CRM and Commercial teams to ensure transparent communication.
• Contribute to the development of future data infrastructure and tools using Azure, Databricks, and dbt.

Requirements

• Solid experience in Data Science, Data Analytics, or Business Analytics, ideally within e-commerce.
• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
• Proven experience with reporting and data pipelines.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business impact.
• Ability to work as a reliable and transparent communication partner for stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM or marketing analytics.
• Exposure to Azure and Databricks.
• Background in psychology, biology, or a related analytical field.
• German language skills.
