What you will do

• Develop and evaluate statistical models and algorithms to solve complex marketing issues.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify new insights and performance optimization potential.
• Determine correlations between key performance indicators to derive actionable recommendations.
• Integrate and utilize data from tracking systems and various reporting sources.
• Support the development and testing of performance-relevant attribution models.
• Initiate and develop prediction and classification models using machine learning algorithms.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of hands-on experience in Data Science, preferably in e-commerce or performance-driven environments.
• Practical experience with machine learning algorithms and data analysis methods (regression, clustering).
• Proficiency in SQL and either Python or R.
• Experience with Dagster or comparable data orchestration tools.
• Strong technical curiosity and commitment to staying updated with emerging technologies.
