What you will do

• Define and implement test strategies and testing approaches for various projects.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing activities.
• Validate complex business flows, critical features, and edge cases.
• Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with developers to ensure resolution.
• Improve QA processes, tools, and overall testing practices.
• Mentor and support QA team members through guidance and feedback.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance focused on web, APIs, and complex systems.
• Strong expertise in test design, including test plans, strategies, and documentation.
• Proficiency in Python and a solid understanding of OOP principles.
• Hands-on experience with REST API testing (knowledge of gRPC or WebSocket is a plus).
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience mentoring QA engineers and reviewing their work.
