What you will do

• Perform bookkeeping and bank reconciliations.
• Manage ongoing invoicing and reconciliation of projects.
• Handle accounts receivable, matching payments, and following up on overdue invoices.
• Review and optimize reporting processes to improve operational design.
• Develop and refine payment and bookkeeping workflows.
• Maintain master data across various systems.

Requirements

• Higher education in finance and/or accounting.
• 1–2 years of experience in finance or accounting (including student roles).
• Professional proficiency in both Danish and English.
• Experience with e-conomic or other accounting systems.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to independent ownership.
