What you will do

• Translate strategic marketing direction into clear priorities, processes, and ways of working for the team.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and manage workload allocation across team members.
• Coach team members in their roles as web consultants to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Align with global and local marketing stakeholders on web projects and operational priorities.
• Drive and embed SEO best practices across the organization's web platforms.
• Provide expert consultation on web best practices to support business objectives.

Requirements

• Proven people management and leadership experience.
• Experience supervising, coordinating, or mentoring a team in a digital or web environment.
• Proficiency with content management systems (CMS).
• Experience collaborating with IT and technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of how web platforms support marketing and business objectives.
• Strong command of business English.
