Junior Project Manager

What you will do

• Oversee the delivery of major projects ensuring they remain within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Construct detailed project plans, lead status calls, and manage planning and cadence meetings.
• Analyze and mitigate risks while managing project finances.
• Act as the single point of contact for clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure value delivery.
• Coordinate between technical and account roles in a multicultural and multilingual environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Networking, or Business Administration.
• MBA or postgraduate degree in project management.
• Proficiency in SCRUM or general project management skills.
• Strong organization and planning skills.
• Availability for in-person work in São Paulo.
• Availability for travel.

Nice to have

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience with MS Project or other project management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
