TL;DR
Sr. Digital Project Manager: Support execution of process re-engineering initiatives and strategy portfolio management through strong project management discipline, monitoring, and reporting. Focus on tracking pilots and rollouts, leading day-to-day PMO activities, producing status reports and dashboards, and preparing governance materials.
Location: Onsite five days a week in Piracicaba or São Paulo, Brazil

What you will do
- Support execution of IT process re-engineering initiatives by tracking pilots, rollout activities, and roadmaps; coordinate across teams.
- Lead day-to-day project management and PMO activities for demand, portfolio, and process initiatives, including planning, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Monitor project health across schedules, milestones, and commitments; produce status reports, dashboards, and insights for leadership.
- Prepare materials for governance forums, track decisions and actions, ensure follow-through within standards.
Requirements
- Pre-Advanced English or higher
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years in project management, PMO, delivery coordination, or IT operations
- Experience supporting cross-functional IT initiatives, programs, or transformations
- Working knowledge of IT delivery, governance forums, and reporting
- Practical exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, hybrid, or structured project delivery methods
