Salary: $192,600 – $240,800 USD

What you will do

• Develop study concepts, including design, schedule of assessments, objectives, endpoints, and eligibility criteria.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to create Protocol and ICF documents and amendments.
• Oversee real-time clinical data reviews and manage CRO performance.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with KOLs, consortiums, and clinical sites.
• Manage direct reports, including hiring, training, and professional development.
• Provide scientific input for product registration and clinical trial delivery.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• Advanced degree in Life Sciences (MD, PhD, Pharm D, MS, RN or similar scientific field) preferred.
• 10+ years of pharma/biotech industry experience in oncology clinical trials.
• Deep understanding of oncology molecular diagnostics or early cancer detection.
• Sound knowledge of FDA regulations and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
• Proven experience managing direct reports and leading technical teams.
