What you will do

• Deliver and upgrade Dynamic Positioning software across various system versions.
• Perform commissioning and service jobs, including CATs, Dry-Docking, and Sea trials.
• Provide high-level technical support to customers and internal teams via phone, email, and on-site visits.
• Report equipment errors or defects and suggest improvement actions.
• Maintain CRM, databases, and technical documentation according to global support processes.
• Manage extensive travel (100+ days per year), both planned and on-call.

Requirements

• Technical education, bachelor's degree, or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Ability to travel extensively (100+ days/year) on short notice.
• Proficiency in English as the official work language.
• Ability to work independently and handle simultaneous activities in a hectic environment.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong cooperative skills.
