What you will do

• Support customers with Formal Verification (Jasper) and Functional Simulation (Xcelium) tools and hybrid methodologies.
• Collaborate with R&D and Product Engineering to identify and drive product improvements based on customer feedback.
• Provide technical leadership by guiding verification strategies, methodologies, and best practices.
• Mentor, coach, and develop a team of engineers while promoting global knowledge sharing.
• Create high-impact technical content, including knowledge articles and tool adoption kits.
• Deploy and promote ML- and AI-assisted verification solutions to improve debug efficiency and coverage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Deep expertise in Formal Verification (Jasper, FPV, CDC) or Functional Simulation (Xcelium, UVM-based flows).
• Solid understanding of assertion-based verification, coverage concepts, and debug methodologies.
• Knowledge of scripting and flow automation using Python, Tcl, Perl, or shell.
• Must be based in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.
• Experience leading or mentoring a team of engineers.
