What you will do

• Lead processes in the production area focusing on productivity and continuous improvement.
• Manage operational indicators related to manufacturing objectives, proposing corrective and improvement actions using Lean tools.
• Ensure technical standards for products, minimizing scrap, waste, and non-conformities to increase efficiency.
• Develop and review process specifications and monitor critical process and quality variables.
• Apply new technologies to production equipment and provide training to employees on methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards in all processes.

Requirements

• Initiative, teamwork, results-oriented mindset, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of cable manufacturing processes.
• Green or Black Belt certification.
