TL;DR
Systems & Enablement Lead, Recruiting Operations (HR Systems): Owning intake, triage, enablement, and operational support for recruiting workflows with an accent on systems reliability, user-centric design, and scalability. Focus on designing support mechanisms, driving process improvements through automation and data, and partnering with stakeholders to enhance usability and service health.
Location: Based in our Singapore office, hybrid model with three days in the office per week.

What you will do
- Own recruiter-facing intake and triage for operational support requests across recruiting workflows.
- Design and run support mechanisms including queues, channel triage, SLA management, escalation paths, and service health reviews.
- Manage enablement for workflow changes through documentation, training, office hours, and change communication.
- Support offer approvals and sensitive workflows with coordination, follow-through, and exception handling.
- Identify recurring issues and drive fixes via process changes, documentation, automation, or handoffs to People Systems.
- Partner with recruiters, coordinators, People Systems, and stakeholders to improve workflow reliability using data and operational signals.
Requirements
- 5+ years in recruiting operations, HR systems, people technology, or related roles; hands-on ATS administration (Ashby strongly preferred).
- Strong understanding of recruiting workflows, offers, and hiring data.
- Ability to balance detailed systems work with user support and enablement.
- Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills.
- Comfort in fast-moving environments; highly detail-oriented with operational discipline.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting global or multi-entity hiring.
- Familiarity with compliance-sensitive workflows.
- Experience creating training and documentation for operational teams.
- Experience with analytics or downstream HR systems.
