Location: Hybrid (8 days/month in Kingston, UK). Must be legally authorized to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Design structured user flows and interaction models for data-heavy, regulated workflows.
• Create prototypes to explore ideas and validate interaction patterns.
• Conduct usability testing with professional users and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to prepare delivery-ready designs.
• Contribute to shared design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Leverage AI tools for research, ideation, and prototyping.

Requirements

• Experience designing for data-heavy or compliance-driven software.
• Proficiency in Figma for UI design, prototyping, and asset creation.
• Experience with shared design systems in multi-product environments.
• Ability to translate research findings into user-centered design.
• Legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom (no visa sponsorship).
• Portfolio demonstrating complex digital product delivery.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with emerging AI-assisted prototyping and research synthesis.
• Knowledge of enterprise UX trends and accessibility standards.
