What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end migration of Finance and Credit Control processes to an external provider.
• Establish governance frameworks to ensure transparency and accountability during and after migration.
• Monitor provider performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs.
• Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and the outsourcing partner.
• Manage risks and ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory standards.
• Develop and deliver progress reports on transition milestones to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience in finance or credit control managerial roles.
• Experience in transition management and process improvement.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and third-party relationship handling.
• Analytical mindset with experience in performance monitoring and reporting.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Lisbon, Portugal.
