What you will do
- Analyze product usage, user behavior, and marketing ROI to optimize business performance.
- Design and execute A/B and multivariate experiments to inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and reports using Tableau and Streamlit.
- Build and deploy data pipelines to automate reporting using Prefect or Airflow.
- Translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define and track commercial metrics.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product and/or marketing analytics with measurable business impact.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python (Anaconda, Poetry/Pipenv or piplock).
- Experience with AWS (S3, ECR, EKS) and version control using Git/GitHub.
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts, including hypothesis testing and regression analysis.
- Experience working with e-commerce and subscription-based business models.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Computer Science).
Nice to have
- Experience with MLflow, SpiceRack, or Databricks.
- Familiarity with hyperparameter optimization tools like Ax or Optuna.
- Experience contributing to data infrastructure and advanced analytical tools.
