What you will do

• Consolidate existing brand assets and develop comprehensive brand guidelines
• Define and document typography, color systems, imagery styles, and design principles
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints
• Design engaging high-quality visuals for social media platforms
• Create performance-driven ad creatives aligned with marketing goals
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to bring creative concepts to life
• Continuously refine and elevate the brand identity as the company grows

Requirements

• Part-time (20 hours per week), remote from Argentina or South Africa (CPT)
• Strong creative thinking and design skills with refined sense of taste and aesthetics
• Experience developing or working with brand guidelines and visual systems
• Proven experience designing for social media and digital advertising
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Ability to translate abstract ideas into structured scalable visual systems
• High attention to detail, commitment to consistency, strong collaboration and communication skills

• Experience with motion graphics or animation
