What you will do
- Launch and lead the branded content function, defining the first owned editorial formats and channel strategy.
- Establish as a trusted financial authority in Colombia through high-quality editorial content.
- Drive measurable growth in reach, engagement rate, and follower growth across owned channels.
- Implement a comprehensive editorial style guide and content governance framework.
- Embed AI tools into core production workflows for research, ideation, and repurposing.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in journalism or branded content.
- Proven experience launching editorial products or content verticals from scratch.
- Ability to translate complex financial jargon into accessible narratives for diverse Colombian audiences.
- Hands-on fluency with AI tools for research acceleration and content production.
- Experience collaborating with social media teams to elevate reactive content into intentional editorial series.
- Comfort building structures and workflows in an ambiguous, fast-paced greenfield environment.
