What you will do
- Lead the brand and campaign copy excellence across all financial product communications and retail campaigns.
- Drive performance-led creative results, ensuring CTR, CTOR, and engagement benchmarks are met or exceeded.
- Define and train AI-layer workflows to automate campaign ideation and copy variant testing for increased efficiency.
- Build and maintain a living content testing repository connecting copy definitions with data-backed insights.
- Hire, train, and align the creative copy team around brand standards and AI-assisted processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading creative or copy teams in fast-paced environments such as fintech, e-commerce, or high-growth startups.
- Portfolio demonstrating a balance of brand-building work and high-efficiency performance campaigns.
- Proven ability to translate complex financial topics into clear, motivating language for diverse Colombian audiences.
- Strong performance orientation with the ability to iterate copy based on data and hypotheses.
- Actual fluency in incorporating AI tools into creative processes.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with brand, marketing, product, and lending teams.
