What you will do

• Design and implement scalable services for API and routing engine tiers with best practices for deployment, resilience, and observability.
• Improve services for routing data consumption and storage.
• Drive design, development, and testing of internal hirify.global tools and automations.
• Develop services quality metrics, analytics, and run experiments for navigation products.
• Participate in end-to-end feature implementation, code reviews, releases, and on-call rotation.
• Collaborate with product owners, sales engineering, and management on product direction.

Requirements

• Strong English verbal and written communication skills for worldwide audience.
• Experience engineering web services in Rust or Typescript (Node.js).
• Building highly-available API services in container environments (Docker, ECS, Kubernetes on AWS).
• Proficiency in monitoring, incident triaging, and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of operating systems and distributed systems (fault-tolerance, consistency, service discovery).
• Proven ability to design long-term strategies and drive high-visibility initiatives.
