What you will do
- Take end-to-end ownership and operate software you design, develop, test, and release to production.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product owners to build products and experiences.
- Architect resilient, scalable components using JVM stack and established patterns.
- Develop features, unit/integration tests, and deploy daily via CI/CD pipeline.
- Review pull requests, contribute to Architecture Decision Records, and participate in on-call rotation.
Requirements
- 2+ years in backend development with JVM technologies (Java 11, Kotlin, Scala).
- Experience delivering scalable, high-performance backend systems in production.
- Proficiency in Spring Boot, SQL (PostgreSQL), Redis, Kafka, automated testing, APIs, and CI/CD.
- Strong collaboration in agile teams (sprints, standups, retrospectives).
- Business acumen to align technical solutions with goals and prioritize impact.

- Reactive programming.
- Containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Experience in fintech or product companies.
