What you will do

• Build and ship full-stack features end-to-end, from problem discovery and PRD breakdown to production monitoring.
• Experiment with AI-assisted workflows across the development lifecycle, from PRDs to implementation.
• Navigate and improve legacy code while building new systems with strong systems thinking.
• Develop deep fluency in hospitality revenue data to inform product and technical decisions.
• Mentor engineers through pairing, code review, and craft discussions to raise team standards.

Requirements

• Demonstrated seniority in full-stack engineering with production experience in backend and frontend.
• Experience as technical lead on multiple shipped projects.
• Experience mentoring engineers and improving team-wide quality.
• Hands-on experience with AI development tools.
• Java proficiency required.
• Experience building and maintaining Data APIs; proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strong systems thinking and UX sensibility from B2C or enterprise background.

Nice to have

• Experience with React, TypeScript, and GraphQL.
• Familiarity with AWS.
• Data modelling and complex domain-specific data experience.
• Enterprise/SaaS or hospitality technology background.
