What you will do

• Design, build, and optimize scalable compliance processes with a strong focus on automation.
• Translate regulatory and business requirements into operational workflows and system-driven solutions.
• Monitor adherence to internal policies and conduct compliance analysis and risk assessments.
• Perform due diligence and vetting on customers, partners, and third parties.
• Investigate non-compliance issues and ensure proper documentation and resolution.
• Provide reporting and insights on risk performance to various business units.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in compliance, risk, or a related analytical/operational role.
• Proven ability to analyze processes and implement improvements or automation.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks, risk management, and regulatory standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Must be located in Israel.

Nice to have

• SQL knowledge.
• Knowledge of AML, FCPA, Anti-Fraud, and Privacy laws.
• Legal qualification in Israel.
• Professional certifications such as CCEP.
