What you will do
- Act as escalation point for Level 1 support, performing in-depth analysis and troubleshooting of complex issues.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve code defects and design flaws causing incidents.
- Implement solutions to restore services and minimize downtime during incidents.
- Proactively monitor system health, analyze logs, and apply preventative measures.
- Participate in incident reviews, document lessons learned, and improve SRE processes.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts, CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and testing frameworks.
Requirements
- 3+ years in technical support, systems engineering, or SRE role.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure: OS, networking, cloud (Kubernetes or Openshift), troubleshooting.
- Ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex incidents with root cause analysis.
- Experience in fast-paced, mission-critical environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented approach.

- Scripting (Python, Bash) and automation tools.
