What you will do

  • Act as escalation point for Level 1 support, performing in-depth analysis and troubleshooting of complex issues.
  • Collaborate with development teams to resolve code defects and design flaws causing incidents.
  • Implement solutions to restore services and minimize downtime during incidents.
  • Proactively monitor system health, analyze logs, and apply preventative measures.
  • Participate in incident reviews, document lessons learned, and improve SRE processes.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts, CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and testing frameworks.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in technical support, systems engineering, or SRE role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure: OS, networking, cloud (Kubernetes or Openshift), troubleshooting.
  • Ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex incidents with root cause analysis.
  • Experience in fast-paced, mission-critical environments.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Proactive, results-oriented approach.

Nice to have

  • Scripting (Python, Bash) and automation tools.
  • Monitoring/alerting (Prometheus, Grafana).
  • Financial services environment.
