What you will do

• Own the brand's creative vision and visual identity system.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the brand design team.
• Drive major creative projects, including campaigns, brand refreshes, and product launches.
• Establish and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines and creative standards.
• Partner with marketing for go-to-market creative strategies.
• Present creative strategy and work to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in brand, creative, or design roles.
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity and visual systems.
• Proven experience managing designers or creative teams.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels.
• Strong communication skills for articulating creative decisions.
• Must have the right to work for the country you are based in.
