What you will do

• Develop and evangelize an inspiring creative vision for the future of the hirify.global brand.
• Lead the design of a differentiated visual system across the website, app, social media, advertising, CRM, and packaging.
• Design and manage an end-to-end creative process, including intake, reviews, and approval workflows.
• Champion the integration of AI-based tools into design workflows to automate repetitive tasks and increase efficiency.
• Mentor and motivate a team of designers through structured feedback, coaching, and growth-oriented development.
• Partner with the brand copy team and other stakeholders to ensure integrated and consistent visual storytelling.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in brand design, preferably with top consumer brands or agencies.
• 4+ years of experience managing other designers.
• Portfolio demonstrating mastery of design craft across multiple disciplines.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Must be based in Argentina.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and relevant AI design tools.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in video design and leveraging design within video formats.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
