What you will do

  • Define and evolve the visual identity system, establishing documented brand guidelines and usage rules.
  • Create scalable design systems and templates to ensure consistent execution across digital, print, and motion.
  • Act as the final approval authority for all outbound brand materials, enforcing strict visual consistency.
  • Lead the creative direction for high-visibility marketing, growth, and business development assets.
  • Manage third-party vendors for video, motion, and print production, providing briefs and quality control.
  • Develop the operating model for the Brand Experience function, including future hiring and mentorship.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in visual identity systems, brand architecture, and governance.
  • Proven experience leading brand identity within a consultancy, agency, or scaling organization.
  • Portfolio demonstrating system-level brand thinking rather than just execution.
  • Experience managing external creative and production vendors.
  • Confidence collaborating directly with executive stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Strong operational discipline and ability to create structure from ambiguity.

Nice to have

  • Motion design or video production experience.
  • Experience building internal brand teams from the ground up.
  • Experience supporting marketing and business development initiatives.
  • Familiarity with brand systems in digital and enterprise environments.
