Salary: $35.09–$43.26 per hour

What you will do

• Configure and operate Linux-based simulation systems and tactical message injection/monitoring tools.
• Develop software and scripts to support system operation.
• Troubleshoot code, scripts, workstation, and server configurations.
• Maintain system interconnectivity within war gaming laboratories and interfaces.
• Support the operation of tactical communications and C2BMC environments.

Requirements

• US Citizenship and active DoD Secret Clearance required.
• Active Security+ certification required.
• 6+ years of general work experience and 2+ years of directly related experience.
• Proficiency in Java programming and scripting within Windows and Linux environments.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or science discipline (preferred).
• Ability to adhere to safety protocols and use PPE in work areas.

Nice to have

• Experience with VMware and virtualized environments.
• Knowledge of RedHat Satellite for security patching and software management.
• Familiarity with NetBox and automation tools.
• Experience with ballistic missile defense operations and DoD communication protocols.
• Knowledge of IP networking concepts and troubleshooting.
