What you will do

• Triage and troubleshoot incoming support requests via Slack, Microsoft Teams, web portal, email, and phone.
• Perform remote diagnostics and guide on-site operators or technicians through troubleshooting steps using internal tools.
• Manage hardware requests, including tracking part numbers and quantities.
• Write and maintain internal and external documentation such as runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs.
• Coordinate break/fix operations with 3rd party technicians at customer sites.
• Collaborate with Systems Support and Application teams to prioritize and resolve production-blocking issues.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing technical role (applications engineering, deployment, or solutions engineering).
• Experience with API integrations for support tooling and comfort with command line interfaces (Bash, Python, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix and/or Robot Operating System (ROS).
• Ability to travel at least 20% of the time.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including off-hours (Shift: Fri-Mon, 6 am - 4 pm PST).
