What you will do

• Design and develop systems integrating software, firmware, boards, and silicon/SoC components.
• Translate business opportunities into use cases and develop product specifications for required hardware and software.
• Lead the analysis and implementation of component choices focusing on performance, reliability, security, and cost.
• Deploy end-to-end technical solutions to solve customer problems and execute benchmark tests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze next-generation requirements and guide research.
• Conduct lab experiments for proof-of-concept innovations and simulate real-life environments to analyze prototypes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Bluetooth stack, profiles, Controller, and RF performance on Windows PCs.
• Hands-on experience in Bluetooth validation, testing, or debugging on Windows or Chrome OS platforms.
• Strong understanding of Bluetooth Classic, BLE protocols (A2DP, HFP, HID, GATT), and LE Audio technologies.
• Solid knowledge of Windows OS, driver installation, and log collection (ETW, WPP, Ellisys, HCI logs).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin for direct collaboration with global OEM partners.
