What you will do

• Own the full design process, from discovery through pixel-perfect UI.
• Solve complex product challenges on the hirify.global ML platform.
• Lead discovery and validation through usability testing, user interviews, and data analysis.
• Champion a user-centered, data-backed approach within the product squad.
• Improve design workflows and lead platform-wide initiatives to raise the design bar.
• Contribute to the company-wide Design System to ensure a seamless platform experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of in-house experience as a Product or UX/UI Designer.
• Track record of shipping complex SaaS products at large-scale B2B or B2C companies.
• Strong grounding in user-centered design (UCD) methodologies.
• Experience designing for technical domains, ideally in software development or developer tools.
• High proficiency in Figma, including UI design, prototyping, and working with Design Systems.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
