What you will do

  • Lead the establishment and optimization of the company’s compliance management system in alignment with global headquarters and Chinese regulations.
  • Develop compliance strategies, annual plans, and guidelines for key areas such as anti-commercial bribery and data privacy.
  • Organize regular compliance risk assessments across marketing and sales, maintaining a risk database and mitigation plans.
  • Manage reporting channels and lead investigations into non-compliance incidents, coordinating with the legal team for crisis response.
  • Design and implement a hierarchical training system to achieve 100% annual coverage for all employee levels.
  • Liaise with the global Compliance Office and manage third-party due diligence processes for distributors and suppliers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Law, Financial Auditing, or related fields.
  • More than 10 years of compliance experience in the healthcare industry, including investigation skills.
  • At least 5 years of multi-function compliance management experience.
  • Fluent Mandarin and spoken/written English mandatory.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and AI tools (e.g., DeepSeek).
